Payment Policy

**Wigs By Suzette Hair Replacement Center** is committed to providing the highest quality hair replacement services. To ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process, we have outlined our payment policy below. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions. We specialize in helping clients restore their hair and confidence. Our commitment is to provide the best hair restorationservices including Cranial Prothesis. 

Cranial Prothesis  service are provided and billed by Wigs By Suzette Hair Replacement Center. Our Board Certified Practitioner participate in the Insurance Network. If your Insurance is not listed we can provide you with Information to submit to your Insurance company for direct reimbursement. Please beaware that any health plan may have deductibles and copayments for which you can be resposible.

**1. Appointment Booking Deposit**
- **Deposit Requirement**: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
- **Rescheduling**: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without losing your deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

**2. Payment Methods**
- We accept the following forms of payment:
  - **Credit/Debit Cards**: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  - **Cash**: Accepted for in-person payments
  - **Checks**: Personal checks are accepted; however, a valid ID must be presented, and there will be a $35 fee for any returned checks.
  - **Digital Payments**: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App & Square

**3. Payment Schedule**
- **Initial Consultation**: Payment is due in full at the time of the consultation.
- **Custom Orders**: For custom wigs and hairpieces, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon delivery/pickup.
- **Hair Replacement Services**: Full payment is due on the day of the service.

**4. Financing Options**
- We offer financing options through third-party providers. Please inquire about financing during your consultation to explore available plans and terms.

**5. Insurance Claims**
- **Insurance Coverage**: If your insurance policy covers hair replacement services, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to file a claim. Payment for services is required upfront, and you will be reimbursed by your insurance company based on their policies.
- **Pre-authorization**: We recommend obtaining pre-authorization from your insurance company to understand your coverage and benefits.

**6. Cancellations and Refunds**
- **Service Cancellation**: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
- **Product Refunds**: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on custom wigs and hairpieces. However, we will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
- **Service Refunds**: Refunds for services rendered are not available, but we are committed to making necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfactio**7. Pricing and Promotions**

- **Promotional Offers**: Any promotional discounts must be applied at the time of booking. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively.
